Last weekend, 38 students participated in the LIFT Retreat (Lasallians in Faith Together), formerly known as TEC (Together Encountering Christ). Students spent the weekend building community, reflecting on the Paschal mystery, and participating in faith-centered activities and discussion.
Andrew Scott, assistant professor of finance, recently won an award at the Association for Financial Counseling and Planning Education (AFCPE) annual symposium. Scott was the lead author on a paper that won the Outstanding Symposium (Doctoral) Student Paper Award.
The fall semester is quickly winding down with a flurry of finals and busy schedules with an abundance of year-end meetings. Both the Office of Admission and Office of Financial Aid are hard at work focusing on different aspects of the recruitment process.
The Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota men’s hockey team will hold the ninth annual Teddy Bear Toss on Friday, Dec. 7, during the Cardinals’ 7 p.m. home game against UW-Superior at the Saint Mary’s Ice Arena.
