Spring semester planning engagement sessions scheduled

In an effort to provide the best educational and, in Winona, residential experience for students this spring semester, a task force has been commissioned to review what we learned throughout the fall semester and to recommend actions to improve operations and the student experience in 2021. The work of the task force is centered on optimizing instruction and learning in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic.

A series of virtual engagement sessions via Zoom for students, faculty, and staff will be held in the coming days to gather input.

Spring semester schedule update

As we close out the calendar year before a well-deserved break and blessed Christmas season, we are looking ahead to the spring semester. At this time, we continue with the plan that was shared on Sept. 24 in CommUNITY. For the College, we will share more details as information becomes available and hope to have a final determination by Jan. 11, pending state and national guidelines.

Grading option for fall 2020

Because of the COVID-19 pandemic, the pass/no credit option made available for the summer and the spring 2020 semester is being extended for the fall 2020 semester for all schools and all programs.
