The university hereby advises student and student acknowledges that by [participating in Activity] during the pandemic, the student may likely be exposed to COVID-19 or other risks that may result in illness, personal injury, or death, and the student understands and chooses to voluntarily [participate in Activity] and accept all risk to health that may result therefrom. Student understands and accepts that University cannot control these risks and may not be able to provide the necessary medical care that the student’s situation may require. Student understands that University is not responsible for any medical or other expenses associated with any property damage or personal injury student may sustain and that University does not maintain any insurance policy pertaining to any potential illness student may develop or other damage student may sustain. As such, student is aware that student should review personal insurance coverage.
