Student understands and accepts that University cannot control these risks and may not be able to provide the necessary medical care that the student’s situation may require. Student understands that University is not responsible for any medical or other expenses associated with any property damage or personal injury student may sustain and that University does not maintain any insurance policy pertaining to any potential illness student may develop or other damage student may sustain. As such, student is aware that student should review personal insurance coverage. Student Voluntarily assumes full responsibility for any risks of loss, property of damage or personal injury, including death that may be sustained by student as a result of [participating in activity].
