Favorite memory at Saint Mary’s: There’s way too many small memories that come together to define my time at Saint Mary’s to choose a single moment, but my favorite experience that I have had would be the women’s soccer trip to the United Kingdom my freshman year. It was incredible to play British teams and travel Europe with my team and coaches. I had never had the opportunity to go abroad at that point, and Saint Mary’s allowed me to do that for the first time with 20 of my best friends.

Plans after graduation: I’m attending George Washington University School of Law in Washington, D.C. Following law school, I hope to work in the public sector, and hopefully one day as a judge.

Message to Saint Mary’s community: I am so incredibly grateful for the faculty, staff, administrators, classmates, teammates, and friends who have made my last four years incredible. I had no idea what to expect moving across the country to Minnesota, and Saint Mary’s has exceeded all of my expectations.

Favorite memory at Saint Mary’s: One of the most favorite memories I have at Saint Mary’s is living in Hillside sophomore year and watching movies in the classroom. Favorite memory at Saint Mary’s: My favorite memory of my time at Saint Mary’s was when the Saint Theresa and Saint Peter’s Leadership Club brought in my favorite TedTalk speaker, Drew Dudley. I had been exposed to his TedTalk my sophomore year during orientation training where Anne Thurmer, former dean of Student Success, showed us his Lollipop Moment TedTalk. I instantly became invested in his leadership philosophy and the club managed to host him for an event. I was able to give him a tour of campus, have lunch with him, and introduce him with David French, my co-president. This was hands-down my favorite memory at Saint Mary’s.

Plans after graduation: I will be working in the senior living industry post-graduation. Within the next 3-5 years, I hope to become an executive director of my own assisted living and memory care community. I also hope to travel a little before life gets too hectic.

Favorite memory at Saint Mary’s: There have been so many good memories at Saint Mary’s that will stick with me forever, but the one that sticks out was freshman year when I was planning on transferring to a different school (already got accepted and got housing and everything) and all of my friends convinced me to stay because they didn’t want me to leave. Four years later, and it was the single greatest decision I have ever made. There have been too many memories to count, and I couldn’t see myself being anywhere else, so I owe it all to my friends.

Plans after graduation: I will be moving out to Boston this summer after accepting a job as an ABA classroom counselor at Melmark New England where I will be working with students ages 3-22 that have been diagnosed with different mental disorders. After working there for a year or two, I am planning on going to graduate school for clinical psychology.

The rest of the psychology professors, you guys were always willing to go above and beyond to make sure I succeeded in my classes and anything else I was doing. And lastly, Brother Pat, I miss you dude! You were like a friend to all of us guys at 362 and we loved seeing you around and hearing your above average jokes. Aside from that trip, I’ve loved playing on the basketball team at Saint Mary’s, going to bonfires in the bluffs with friends, cheering on the different sports teams, and wearing my Zubaz every Friday around campus.
