WINONA, Minn. — Community members ages 6 and up are invited to join a free, virtual Valentine’s Day card making class presented by Minnesota Conservatory for the Arts (MCA), with support from the Winona Fine Arts Commission and in partnership with the Winona County History Center. The live class, Vintage Valentines, will be delivered via Zoom on Sunday, Feb. 7, from 2 to 3 p.m.

This class will offer card making tips and tricks to help participants create unique valentines for someone special. Free craft kits will be available for the first 200 people to pick up at the Winona County Historical Center Thursday, Feb. 4, through Saturday, Feb. 13, while supplies last. Participants can also use their own supplies instead; suggested items include colored paper, a pen, and any Valentine’s Day themed craft items.

The Vintage Valentines Project is part of the Winona County Historical Society’s Love of Local History Week.
