The Page Series will present Emmy Award-winning performance collective Manual Cinema in The End of TV on Sunday, Oct. 7, at 3 p.m. in the Page Theatre at Saint Mary’s University.
Saint Mary’s Department of Theatre and Dance will present the poignant drama Proof, Wednesday through Sunday, Sept. 26-30, in the Studio Theatre of the university’s Performance Center.
The Pages Series at Saint Mary’s University will present Río Mira, an ensemble that specializes in blending contemporary music and traditional sound, on Thursday, Sept. 20, at 7:30 p.m. in the Page Theatre.
The 32nd annual season of the Page Series will kick off Sept. 16 at 3 p.m. with a performance of Mixed Precipitation’s “Dr. Falstaff and the Working Wives of Lake County: A Picnic Operetta” in Unity Park, located on East Lake Winona at 860 Parks Ave.
The Page Series at Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota will host The Cedar Tree Project, an exploration of identity through the lens of Arab and Arab-American artists, from September 2018 to April 2019. The Cedar Tree Project will include performances and exhibitions as well as workshops and community gatherings with visiting artists Leila Awadallah, Fadi BouKaram, and Leyya Tawil.
The Minnesota Conservatory for the Arts (MCA) will hold auditions Saturday, Sept. 8, for its holiday production of The Nutcracker, to be performed at Saint Mary’s University Nov. 28 through Dec. 2. Auditions will be held at the Valéncia Arts Center, 1164 West 10th St.
